4mm Coroplast (Yard Signs)

Get your message seen outdoors with custom 4mm Coroplast yard signs. Lightweight, durable, and weather-ready, Coroplast is one of the most popular materials for temporary outdoor signage, making it an excellent choice for real estate, political campaigns, events, contractors, schools, directional signage, sales, promotions, and community announcements.

The 4mm corrugated plastic construction provides a rigid sign while remaining easy to transport, install, and remove. Signs can be printed in vibrant full-color CMYK on one or both sides, with a wide selection of standard sizes available for everything from compact directional signs to larger promotional displays.

For traditional yard-sign installation, select an H-stand compatible option so the Coroplast flutes run vertically and can accept the wire stake. H-stands can also be added to your order when needed. Grommets are available as another mounting option for fences, walls, posts, and other displays.

If your sign uses directional arrows and will be printed double-sided, submit a two-page artwork file with the arrow pointing in the opposite direction on each page so both sides display correctly.

H-Stand & Flute Instructions

Signs ordered as H-Stand Compatible are produced with vertical flutes so the wire H-stand can be inserted into the sign.

Select Yes – Need H Stand if you also need the physical H-stand included with your order.

If H-Stand Compatible is not selected, signs may be produced with either vertical or horizontal flutes. Flute direction cannot normally be guaranteed unless confirmed before ordering.

Directional Arrow Artwork

For double-sided directional signs, provide a two-page PDF with the arrow pointing in the opposite direction on each page.

Artwork should always remain in its intended reading orientation with the top of the design at the top of the file. Do not rotate artwork 90 degrees.

Grommet Placement

Real Estate Grommets
Centers are positioned:

  • 4" from the left and right edges
  • 1" from the top and/or bottom edge

Corner Grommets
Centers are positioned 1" from each edge.

All grommets are 0.75" in diameter.

Production Note

In rare cases, artwork may be printed at approximately 99.4% of the submitted size to allow room for cut marks and accurate finishing. Bleed may also be removed when required for production.
