We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable law, including the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (“OCPA”), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA”), and comparable state privacy laws.

This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, the cookies and tracking technologies we use, and the rights and choices available to you. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us.

Information you provide directly

  • Identifiers — name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and account login credentials.
  • Commercial information — products and services you order, view, or request quotes for; order and project history; and customer service interactions.
  • Order and artwork content — files, designs, logos, and instructions you upload or send us to fulfill your order.
  • Communications — messages you send through forms, email, phone, chat, or newsletter sign-up.

  • Internet and device activity — IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and navigation patterns, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • Approximate geolocation — general location (such as city or region) inferred from your IP address.

Payment information

Payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) and from social media platforms when you interact with our pages, stores, or ads.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site. Under the OCPA and similar laws, we will not process sensitive data without your consent where consent is required.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process, produce, fulfill, and deliver your orders and quotes, and manage proofs, reorders, and returns;
  • Create and maintain your account and project records;
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer and design support;
  • Send newsletters, promotions, and offers (you can opt out at any time);
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and improve our products, services, and marketing;
  • Measure and target advertising, including on search and social media platforms; and
  • Detect and prevent fraud, secure the Site, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf — hosting, payment processing, production and fulfillment partners, shipping, email delivery, and customer support providers.
  • Analytics and advertising partners — including Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms — to measure Site traffic and to deliver and measure advertising.
  • Legal and safety recipients — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of analytics and advertising cookies and pixels may qualify as a “sale” or as “sharing”/“targeted advertising” under the OCPA, CCPA, and similar laws. You can opt out — see Section 7 and the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” / “Your Privacy Choices” control.

Under the OCPA, you may also request a list of the specific third parties (not just categories) to which we have disclosed personal data; see Section 7.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, and SDKs) help the Site function, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising.

Your choices and our consent banner

When you first visit the Site, a cookie consent banner lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot function without them; all other categories remain off until you affirmatively opt in. You can change your choices any time through the “Cookie Settings” control and through your browser settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as required by Oregon and California law.
