Oregon residents (OCPA)

- Receive a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal data (an Oregon-specific right); and

California residents (CCPA)
You have the right to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We will respond within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days, with notice). There is no fee for a request. We may need to verify your identity. 8. Privacy Rights for Other U.S. State Residents
If you reside in another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. 9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. In general, we retain account information for as long as your account remains active; order, project, and artwork records for the period needed to support reorders and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Specific retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Consistent with applicable law, we also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without the affirmative authorization required by law. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
