Magnets are printed on heavy-duty material and ideally suited for car door signage. These glossy magnets can also serve as temporary signage for construction sites or other changing work environments and offer long lasting outdoor use.

The Magnet Material - SolvMag

SolvMag is extruded instead of being calendared like other magnetic sheet. This process holds the thickness tolerance better, and allows for more even ink coverage for cleaner crisper prints.

The Printing

Our printers use the industry’s most advanced printing technology to achieve vibrant eye-catching prints. With a maximum print resolution of 1,440 dpi we’re able to print at over 4x traditional print resolutions. Our printers use ECO-SOL MAX inks; a remarkable innovation in ink technology. These high-density ECO-SOL MAX ink dry fast and offer a wide color gamut, rugged scratch resistance and broad uncoated as well as coated media support

Artwork Upload?

After checkout a Corvallis Custom Project Manager will contact you via the e-mail the address you provide at checkout. This allows us to confirm artwork requirements to assure the highest quality of printing for your project. It also provides an opportunity to discuss any design or printing questions you may have.  

We support print ready image uploads In JPG, PDF, TIF, EPS, PSD or, AI files in CMYK color .

 Uploads should contain:

• A 1:1 (design:print)ratio.
• Images with a 1:1 ratio should be submitted in AT LEAST 100 DPI or higher resolution (300 DPI or highter preferred).

All files will be print in original uploaded size.
